Our school located in Yaba, Lagos, is looking to recruit an Adminitrative Officer who will also support the day-to-day activities of our Human Resources Department.


Job Description

  • Creating and maintaining employee records
  • Maintains accurate records for employee holiday requests
  • Support recruitment process
  • Prepare and amend HR documents, i.e. employment contracts and recruitment guides
  • Be the first point of contact for employees on any HR related queries
  • Assisting with payroll by providing the department with relevant employee information, i.e. holiday and sick days taken
  • Helping with various arrangements internally, from travel to processing expenses
  • Arrange meetings by scheduling appropriate meeting times, booking rooms, and planning refreshments
  • Manage correspondence by answering emails and sorting mail
  • Assists in planning and arranging events, including organising catering
  • Manage reception area and receive visitor
  • Drafts, formats, and prints relevant documents
  • Maintains stock lists and orders office supplies as needed
  • Photocopies and files appropriate documents as needed


Relevant Skills

  • Experience as a HR administrator or HR Assistant
  • Computer literate. Proficinet user of Microsoft Office tools
  • Organisational skills and ability to prioritise
  • Interpersonal with good communicative skills
  • BSc in HR or a relevant field
